The bimetal band saw features a unique structure that allows it to cut through tough materials with ease. Its blade is made up of two different metals – typically high-speed steel and a flexible steel backing. This design provides a combination of strength and flexibility, enabling the saw to easily handle harder materials while also resisting breakage.
